TABULATING TEAM

 

The Tabulating Team*:

  1. Gets the deposit bag from the church safe and counts the offering.
  2. Prepares a tabulation sheet of the offerings for the operating budget and designated funds.
  3.  Makes sure that all offerings are recorded so that the giver may receive credit on church giving records.
  4.  Deposits the offering in the church’s bank account.
  5.  Counts all ballots cast in church business meetings.
